The time stamps for all the pictures for this cross country trip are
slightly off.

They are correct for the first day.
They are two hours ahead for the second day.
They are four hours ahead for the third day.
They are six hours ahead for the fourth day.

This has to do with funny behavior in how Windows and my digital camera 
didn't like each other's clocks.

If you adjust the time stamps, the resulting time will be the in the
time zone that we started that day.  We adjusted the camera's time each
evening.

Starting time zones:

First day:  EST
Second day: CST
Third day:  MST
Fourth day: MST
